Electrical as detailed in scope, Sheetrock & Paint Ceiling in Storage Area. Additionally, the Base Bid will also require new smoke & carbon monoxide detectors per Code. No Lead Based Paint Hazards Identified in the May 1, 2023 Combination Risk Assessment & Lead-based Paint Inspection.
