Contract No. 1 – General Rehabilitation 17 Lake George Road, Russell – Furnish and Install various rehabilitation materials and labor to include : New Metal Roof – Asbestos Containing Material in Roofs under the Metal Roof, New Propane Fired Furnace, Furnish & Install Eight (8) new Vinyl Replacement Windows, Furnish & Install Two (2) New Exterior Doors ** 1 Door Frame needs to be Modified to accommodate New ADA Door, Furnish & Install One (1) New Exterior Cellar door, Install New Pressure Treated ADA Compliant Ramp to Front Porch area - Driveway, Misc. Electrical as detailed in scope, Sheetrock & Paint Ceiling in Storage Area. Additionally, the Base Bid will also require new smoke & carbon monoxide detectors per Code. No Lead Based Paint Hazards Identified in the May 1, 2023 Combination Risk Assessment & Lead-based Paint Inspection.
