The City of Surrey invites Tenders for Construction of a Community Hall Building Including Parking and Landscape, located at 12152 75 Avenue, Surrey, British Columbia, V3W 2S5. The Work generally includes but is not limited to the provision of all labour, materials, services and equipment required for to construct a new 200 sqm single-storey Community Facility on existing concrete foundations located at the Place of the Work. Work includes but is not limited to: .1 Construction of the new wood frame building utilizing existing concrete foundations as detailed in the Contract Documents. .2 Construction of all decks, stairs, ramps and canopies shown on drawings including railings, surfacing materials, connections to building and foundation supports. .3 Fit out and finishing of all interior spaces of the new facility as indicated on the drawings. .4 Provision and installation of all exterior doors and glazing as scheduled. .5 Provision and installation of all exterior finishes and fixtures (light fixtures, louvers, vents, rainwater leaders, etc) as indicated on plans and elevations. .6 Fabrication, installation and coordination of steel mesh enclosure for condensing unit as well as concrete housekeeping pad. .7 Construction of wooden waste enclosure shed in parking lot including all exterior finishes, foundations and fixtures (gutter system, light fixtures, etc.). .8 All pathways, bollards, site furniture, light fixtures, enclosures and services within the site property line. .9 New parking lot including surfacing, curbs, painted stall lines and wheel stops. .10 Landscape, Hardscape (subbase, exterior paving, concrete, and pavers) and Softscape and site improvements. .11 All commissioning, start-up and training for the new facility.
