A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Scope of Work: The project consists of the repair of the sinkhole developing beneath Dioguardi Field and the track and the associated restoration of the synthetic tur and the rubberized track surface. Provide, install, and maintain any and all soil erosion and sediment control methods and devices. Confine activities within designated areas of the project. Limit noise and air pollution emissions to the acceptable levels or as may be otherwise regulated. Provide for the proper disposal of unusable and unsuitable materials. Provide sanitary facilities as required for project workers and visitors in accordance with Section 108.05 of the Standard NJDOT Specifications. Protect all surface and groundwater on and in proximity to the project site. Protect trees and vegetation so as not to unduly disturb the work area. Restore the project area in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. regarding Affirmative Action; State of New Jersey Prevailing Wage Rate Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.26 et seq.; and N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 regarding Ownership Disclosure. Bidders shall also be classified by the Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) and possess a valid C008 (General Construction) with a minimum aggregate rating of $1 million or more at the time of proposal submission and contract execution.
