Provide custodial and grounds maintenance services for the Kihei Police Station. The term of agreement shall be for the period commencing July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024. Restrooms: All restrooms are to be cleaned once a day. Porcelain surfaces and chrome fixtures shall be cleaned with appropriate disinfectants, cleansers and deodorizers. Floors shall be swept and mopped daily using microfiber mops. Urinals shall be cleaned andsupplied with urinal deodorizers. Mirrors will be clean of streaks, paper goods restocked and trash removed. Locker rooms: Daily sweeping and mopping of floors. Daily cleaning of urinals, toilets, sinks and mirrors. Wiping down of stalls, walls and doors. Paper goods restocked and trash removed. Shower areas cleaned and hosed down. 1x/year deep cleaning and sealing of locker room floors. 2x/per year cleaning of locker tops. Executive Offices: • Daily sweeping, dust mopping or vacuuming of tracked-in dirt and grime. • Daily scuff removal. • Daily damp mop using a no rinse damp mop floor surface cleaner. • 1x / year floor stripping and waxing. • Buffing of floors; as needed to maintain shine.
