Amador County Department of Transportation and Public Works (County) is seeking technical proposals for construction management and engineering services for the preparation, execution, and completion of work outlined in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The selected Consultant will provide these services to assist the County with two Bridge Replacement Projects (Project). The general scope of services will include, but is not limited to the following: Performing and/or assisting in execution the duties of a Resident Engineer, including construction inspection, quantity calculations, checking grade and alignment, safeguard, and assure compliance with project plans and specifications. Performing, analyzing, and reviewing Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules, generating, analyzing, and reviewing Construction Contractor's performance and reports with respect to time, resource, and cost.
