The Work consists of the construction of an additional parking lot, associated stormwater structures/pipe, exterior lighting, landscaping, pavement markings and signage. Bids must be submitted on the designated Bid form, completed in ink or typed, signed by an authorized representative, delivered in a sealed envelope bearing the bidder's name, address, registration number, project name(s) and acceptance date. Bids must be received by the Owner prior to 2:00 p.m. on the specified acceptance date. . Addenda, or notification of electronic posting of addenda with instructions for accessing them via the Internet, will be transmitted to all who are known by the issuing office to have received a complete set of Bidding Documents. Furnish an e-mail address authorized to receive notifications from the Architect. If, due to a disability, you need assistance to enable you to participate meaningfully in the Bid Opening, please contact Loudoun County Public Schools Construction Department at (571) 252-1161 at least five (5) working days prior to the pre-bid conference and/or bid opening. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which shall reach the Architect no later than 5:00 PM prevailing local time on June 12, 2023.
