The City of Bardstown will be accepting bids to clean, repair and paint the 1,200,000 gallon water storage tank located off of John Rowan Boulevard behind Tatum Auto Supply and the Nelson County Early Childhood Learning Center in Bardstown, Kentucky. The Contract Award will be made in writing to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid proposals and to waive any informality. Site Visit: It is the responsibility of each Bidder to examine the site conditions prior to submitting their bid, including the verification of any existing utilities. Promptly notify Engineer of all conflicts, errors or discrepancies form the Contract Documents.
