As of July 21, 2023, project is cancelled. Project is no longer needed. The University of Wisconsin-River Falls is requesting bids/proposals for the purchase of parking lot/ road maintenance. The University is looking for Bidders who can provide a variety of parking lot/ Road maintenance work to the Institution. This work includes, but may not be limited to cutting/patching, thin hot asphalt pavement overlay, micro surfacing, subgrade installation, new pavement installation, router and crack filling, heat patching/crack filling, spray patching, stripping, sweeping, etc. The amount of work varies depending on funding and what projects are identified/approved by the individual Universities. However, it is estimated that the annual work contracted will range between $30,000-70,000. The University reserves the right to issue separate bids when deemed in the best interest of the University. Failure to maintain the required Certificates of Insurance, Permits and Licenses shall be cause for Contract termination. If the Contractor fails to maintain and keep in force the insurance as provided in Standard Terms and Conditions, the University has the right to cancel and terminate the Contract without notice. It is the intent of the University to start the resulting Contract upon successful negotiations. The contract shall be effective on the contract execution date and shall run for ONE (1) year from that date. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
