Site work and renovation of a transportation facility in Breslau, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
The scope of work includes renovation of the existing second floor administrative offices to accommodate Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) staff areas, demolition of the existing main floor CBSA staff offices, and renovation of the main floor Primary Inspection Line (PIL) queueing area and Primary Customs Counters. Renovation work will include Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and IT service upgrades throughout the Project area. Only contractors who have been successfully prequalified under PQ2021-08 and PQ2021-22 may bid on this work.
