The Town of Collingwood proposes to engage the services of an experienced General Contractor to construct a large neighbourhood park located within the new Summit View community in Collingwood, Ontario. The project requires a demonstrated expertise in municipal parks including the construction of playgrounds and water, storm, and electrical infrastructure works. The park will feature unique outdoor spaces, which includes the supply and installation of a timber shade pavilion, playground structures/equipment, a multi-use play court, and a multi-purpose seating area. The park is supported by a combination of lawn and naturalization areas, armourstone retaining/seating walls, site furnishings, and plantings. The project also requires the provision of water and electrical infrastructure to service a water bottle fill station, a winterized yard hydrant, lighting, and an events power pedestal.
