Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Saint-Jerome, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 30,000-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Construction of a new West fire hall of the City Fire Protection Department. The new fire station will house an entrance hall, administrative offices including 911 call unit, a meeting room, a kitchen and a dining room, a duty room, a dormitory, warehouses and a garage for fire trucks (four units). The new facility will be located in West sector of the City and will serve Bellefeuille sector. TIMELINE: Working drawings are complete. The owner has issued a tender for the general contractor that is now followed in the report under CRM ID name Construction of a West Fire Station for Fire Safety.
