Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pomeroy, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of June 20, 2023 the project was awarded to W. McKay Construction LLC, awarded amount is $23983.60. The work consists of the removal of existing composition shingle roofing system and installation of new composition shingle roofing for all existing roof surfaces of the Pomeroy Elementary School. The project includes, but is not limited to: demolition and repair of designated ponding areas, and approximately 37,000 square feet of new roofing installation. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount is required Pomeroy School District reserves the rights to reject any and all bid s, to waive technicalities or irregularities, and after careful consideration of all bid s and factors involved, make the award to best serve the interests of Pomeroy School District.
