Renovation of a medical facility in Roberval, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Redevelopment of Wing G laundry area replacement and development. DST3627. Phase 1: Development of a space allowing the installation of a new washing tunnel (replacing the existing one), in compliance with the applicable standards, as well as all the connections necessary for proper operation; Phase 2: Development of a space allowing the installation of dryers (replacing existing ones), in compliance with applicable standards, as well as all the connections necessary for proper operation. Phase 3: Development of landing stages for the clean and soiled part. TIMELINE: Contracts for architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services to complete design and conduct construction surveillance have been awarded. Tender and construction schedules haven't been established yet. Further update in summer, 2025.
