Cost estimate range: $3,000,000 to $3,400,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Each bidder must comply with RCW 39.30.060. Each bidder shall submit the names of the subcontractors performing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, structural steel installation and rebar installation work with whom the bidder, if awarded the contract, will subcontract. The bidder shall not list more than one subcontractor for each category of work identified, except, when subcontractors vary with bid alternates, in which case the bidder must indicate which subcontractor will be used for which alternate. If no subcontractor is listed, the bidder acknowledges that it does not intend to use any subcontractor to perform those items of work. Thurston County requires this list to be included with the bid. BID DEPOSIT: All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent of the amount of such bid proposal.
