Provide and install a 60' x 100' (6,000 sq ft.) pre-engineered building with a 14'6" eave height. 2. Building must meet IBC 2021 Code. 122 MPH or more wind load rated. 3. All panels to include roofing must be 26 Gauge, 36" wide panels. Color choices to be determined after project is awarded. 4. All structural steel beams and framing components must be shop primed. 5. Building will be a 2-tone color with 3'4 "Wainscot in the front of building. 6. Provide gutters and downspouts on building front. 7. Building front must include a 10' overhang with framed and enclosed soffit and minimum 10' ceiling height. 8. All columns must be brick encased. 9. Roof and wall insulation shall be the bag and sag type with R-19 minimum value. 10. All concrete work to include overhang must be fiber mesh with a 4000-psi rating. Broom finish required for exterior overhang area and smooth finish with seal coat for interior. Minimum 10 mil vapor barrier required. (3) additional pads also required for side and rear exterior doors. Control joints and filler required to prevent cracking. A licensed SC engineer must approve footings. 11. Contractor shall provide (8) commercial windows with dark bronze framing, (1) double storefront glass entry door with dark bronze framing, (2) double hollow metal doors with panic hardware and (1) single metal door with lever lock and closer. All framing and closers must be furnished. Door glass must be tempered. All windows must meet 2021 International Energy Conservation Code (IECC). 12. Plumbing, electrical and sewer rough in must be provided. A scaled drawing will be provided at the site for location and building design requirements. 13. The County of Orangeburg may perform site prep for structure, however, we are asking contractors to submit a separate cost/add alternate to include site prep. 14.
