before award of the Contract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days from the
proposal submittal date. This Contract shall be the agreed basis of performing the Work identified and defined in the Contract Documents. The Contractor agrees to furnish all material,
labor, tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities, etc. necessary to perform and complete in a workmanship like manner the Work called for in the Contract Documents for the Project
noted above, according to the terms of this Contract and the Contract Documents, which documents are incorporated herein by reference, as if set forth herein in full. Each of the Performance Bond and Payment Bond will be in the full amount of the Contract Sum.
Such surety company will possess an A.M. Longview School District in the form required in the Bidding Documents and equal to five
percent (5%) The Work to be performed under this Contract shall commence as
soon as the Contractor has been officially notified to proceed and shall be substantially
complete August16,2024. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
