Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed, emailed, or delivered to all parties recorded by JVA as having received the Bidding Documents. The last date for questions to be answered by the Engineer is Tuesday, June 7, 2022. Any addendum information will be issued via email by close of business on June 10, 2022. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect DESCRIPTION OF WORK All necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials to complete the asphalt rehabilitation at various locations in the Towns of Winter Park and Fraser. This includes mill and overlay of existing asphalt to the extents shown on the drawings and full depth asphalt patches at multiple locations as directed by the Towns. Demolition of existing asphalt and earthwork associated with full depth patching to be performed by the Towns.
