The relamping of lighting fixtures is done from the ceiling space (confined space) that currently contains asbestos. The general contractor will be required to perform the following work: Remove asbestos from the entire ceiling and fireproofing again as specified by the professionals in the plans and specifications. Replace lighting fixtures as specified in professional plans and specifications The Claude champagne room will be completely closed for the duration of the work. The work must begin on August 15, 2023 and be completed no later than November 30, 2023.
