Project not awarded, came in over budget Grading and fencing necessary to renovate existing softball field. Hardscape for sidewalks and new ramps to existing concession stands/exterior access restrooms. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated on the Bid Form All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
