Below is a brief description of this work: Part 1 : Mechanical work : they include the work of decontamination and dismantling of the heating ducts as well as the ventilation of the enclosed space, this work must be completed no later than October 1, 2023, the heating system must be in operation from this date. Part 2: Electrical work: The electrical work outside the electrical room , which consists of replacing the secondary panels and the cables that connect them to the main panels, as well as the resulting architectural patching work, this work must be finalized no later than August 24, 2023 , from this date the electrical network must be in service. The electrical work inside the electrical room which consists of the replacement of the main panels, this work must be completed no later than March 29, 2024 . End Date 06/26/2023 Bid Bond 10 % is required ,Performance bond 50% is required.
