This project entails the renovation of the Preventive Maintenance (PM) shop and the replacement of the canopy roof section. The construction of such includes tearing off the old canopy roof and replacing with a new 5,000 square (sq.) foot (ft.) roof, demolition of the existing equipment lift, and replacing/installing a new 3,000-pound (lb.) capacity equipment lift with rail. Also, removal of a stainless-steel sink, emergency shower with eye wash station, installation of five (5) new flammable storage cabinets, led light strips for canopy illumination and three (3) adjustable fans. Additionally, site improvements shall include the acquisition and installation of a 1,000 sq. equipment screen, new chain link fence with gates, pressure washing, and paint to fence areas and yard asphalt. The contractor shall be required to make connections/installation/repair(s) to the sanitary waste system, storm drainage, electrical & lighting, and finishes. See attached Solicitation.
