Project No: 68173 Question Deadline 06/20/2023 at 2:00 PM ET Questions Submitted Through Electronically. The Project generally consists of improvements in two separate locations within the Township. (1) The replacement of sidewalks and curbs, and the removal and replacement of trees on Euston Road between Cheltenham Avenue and Erlen Road, including ancillary repairs required as a result of the curb construction; and (2) the milling and overlay of Williams Way, including spot base repair as required This project is financed in part by Montgomery County through a Community Development Block Grant. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of the Bid total, payable to the Owner in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance bonds and payment in the amount of 100% of the successful bid amount. All contractors on this Project are required to ensure that employees and applicants will not be discriminated against because of race, creed, color, religion, sex, age, handicap, marital status or national origins; and, that the statutes and regulations of federal and state law regarding non-discrimination are met. The Owner reserves the right, at its option, to waive as an informality any, defects, errors, or omissions in any or all Bids; and to reject any or all Bids.
