This project includes pipe bursting approximately 2000 linear feet of existing 10-inch and 18-inch asbestos cement water main with 12-inch and 16-inch IPS HDPE DR9 PE4710 water main pipe, installing valves, installing anchors, installing hydrants, reconnecting existing water mains and services, restoration and other work in Centralia, Washington all in accordance with the contract plans, contract provisions and City of Centralia Standards. The City of Centralia hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, or national origin in consideration for an award.
