Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the demolition and site restoration of two elevated storage tanks located at Lackland Airforce Base and Port San Antonio as included in the Contract Documents for the Brooks Recycled Water Pump Station Upgrades Project. The SMWB goal on this project is_18% Project A-1 includes rehabilitation of an existing or construction of a new potable water or recycled water pump station of similar size, scope, and complexity. Project A-1 scope includes all of the following major components: pumps, piping, valves, electrical, instrumentation and controls (I&C), security network, site/civil improvements, SCADA, and coordination with subcontractor trades/disciplines. Work shall be completed in full within 660 consecutive calendar days. Estimated Budget: $4,250,000.00
