This project will include the construction of improvements to the municipal building including ADA power-assisted door operators and new doors. The particular items of work for the contract are identified more specifically in the Bid Format, Contract Specifications and Contract Documents. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the County of Schuylkill or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder naming the County of Schuylkill as oblige and acceptable surety in the amount of 10 percent of the Total Bid shall be submitted with each bid. THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. Failure to submit this form will render the bid non-responsive and therefore result in rejection of the bid.
