Renovation of a mixed-use development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Liquidated Damages: Two Thousand ($2,000) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day and as set forth in the Construction Contract Page CC-3 and Appendix B A Bid Bond prepared on the form attached to the Construction Contract as Appendix C or a Certified Check of the Bidder for five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount must accompany the Lump Sum Bid Form. A "Wicks" subcontractor is defined as a subcontractor performing construction work in the HVAC, Plumbing & Gas Fitting or Electrical Trades and (except for HVAC) licensed to do business in the CITY OF NEW YORK in that trade.
