Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Davenport, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Scott County Park - This project includes construction of an 8-foot-wide PCC trail, 2 HMA parking lots, earthwork, a 10' x 8' box culvert, storm sewer, erosion control, pavement markings, signage and traffic control. West Lake Park - This project includes construction of an 8-foot-wide PCC trail, a small HMA parking lot, earthwork, and concrete stairs and handrail. Also includes erosion control, pavement markings, signage and traffic control. If the contract is awarded by the Scott County Conservation Board, the proposed Trail Improvements shall be substantially completed in calendar year 2023. A Notice to Proceed shall be issued the same day as execution of the Agreement by the Scott County Conservation Board which is anticipated to be by the end of June 2023.
