Scott County Park - This project includes construction of an 8-foot-wide PCC trail, 2 HMA parking lots, earthwork, a 10' x 8' box culvert, storm sewer, erosion control, pavement markings, signage and traffic control. West Lake Park - This project includes construction of an 8-foot-wide PCC trail, a small HMA parking lot, earthwork, and concrete stairs and handrail. Also includes erosion control, pavement markings, signage and traffic control. A Notice to Proceed shall be issued the same day as execution of the Agreement by the Scott County Conservation Board which is anticipated to be by the end of June 2023.
