Base Bid A: Fields Parkway & Frisco Street South from Dallas Parkway to Panther Creek Parkway - This Project is approximately 3,000 linear feet of 6-lane divided arterial roadway and includes grading, paving, storm drain including inlets, box culverts, and headwalls, erosion control, traffic signals modification at Dallas Parkway and Fields Parkway, traffic signal at Fields Parkway and Frisco Street North, signing, pavement markings, approximately 3,400 linear feet of 36" water line, street lighting, multi-duct conduit, and median landscaping and irrigation. The Owner has pre-purchased specimen trees for the project and the contractor shall provide all necessary coordination for installation timing to meet schedule requirements. The quantities provided are estimates. The bid form unit pricing will prevail, based on actual quantities. This scope of Work will require a separate bid for accounting purposes. Base Bid B: Frisco Street North from Fields Parkway to Norther Boundary of Property - This Project is approximately 5,800 linear feet of collector roadway and includes grading, paving, approximately 500 linear feet of bridge over Panther Creek, two roundabouts between Fields Parkway and Northern Boundary of Property, storm drain including inlets, box culverts, and headwalls, signing, pavement markings, approximately 7,400 linear feet of 16" water line, street lighting, multi-duct conduit, and roundabout landscaping and irrigation. The Owner has pre-purchased specimen trees for the project and the contractor shall provide all necessary coordination for installation timing to meet schedule requirements. The quantities provided are estimates and the bid form unit pricing will prevail, based on actual quantities. This scope of Work will require a separate bid for accounting purposes. Base Bid C: Frisco Street North from Norther Boundary of Property to PGA Parkway - This Project is approximately 1,700 linear feet of collector roadway and includes grading, paving, storm drain including inlets, box culverts, and headwalls, traffic signals at PGA Parkway, signing, pavement markings, approximately 1,600 linear feet of 16" water line, street lighting, and multi-duct conduit. The quantities provided are estimates and the bid form unit pricing will prevail, based on actual quantities. This scope of Work will require a separate bid for accounting purposes.
