Statements of Qualification will be received for: CP 23-02 Materials Testing and Other Services - On Call This would be a one year contract with annual renewal options not to exceed five years. Work is expected to include materials testing, construction inspection and observation, NPDES site inspections, water quality testing, stream monitoring, asbestos testing, and other similar tasks. Consultants must be prequalified with Georgia DOT in applicable area classes to perform the work. Qualification packages received after the stated time will not be accepted. Individuals, firms and businesses seeking an award of a City of Duluth contract may not initiate or continue any verbal or written communications regarding a solicitation with any City officer, elected official, employee or other City representative without permission of the City Clerk named in the solicitation between the date of the issuance of the solicitation and the date of the final contract award by the Duluth City Council. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Violations will be reviewed by the City Clerk. If determined that such communication has compromised the evaluation process, the Statement of Qualifications submitted by the individual, firm or business may be disqualified from consideration for award.
