furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary for the Elevator Modernization Project including all associated work required to install / repair. Location- Lakeshore Place Apartments 2300 McKinney Lake Rd. Grand Rapids, MN 55744 A. Modernization of a 4-stop elevator at Lakeshore Place Apartments. B. The modernization would entail the upgrade and replacement of the equipment due to the age wear/and or obsolescence as well as length of time since major upgrades have occurred. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Itasca County Housing & Redevelopment Authority, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder(s) and an acceptable surety, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid, must be submitted with each bid. Successful bidders must furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds, in the penal sum of the full amount of the contract awarded. The Itasca County Housing & Redevelopment Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding and to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
