Renovation of a water / sewer project in Valley View, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for a project to install two pole-mounted security cameras to monitor the septic discharge area at Southerly. This is a Design/Build project to include solution design, equipment procurement, installation and ground restoration. This project has been requested by Security personnel and Shift Managers at the Southerly Plant. There have been several incidents of sewage spilled in the discharge area that required significant cleanup. It isn't possible to determine which contractor(s) are dumping without a clear camera view. The new pole-mounted cameras will provide camera footage to identify the responsible contractors and hold them accountable.
