Renovation of a mixed-use development in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of June 23, 2023 project is cancelled by the owner. Sealed Bids addressed to Owner will be received at Place of Bid until Time of Bid on Bid Date. General Contractors are required to pre-qualify to the approval of the Architect, no later than ten (10) days prior to submission of bids if they have not previously bid on a project for Architect or Owner within the previous twelve (12) months from bid date. Utilize AIA Form A305 - Contractor's Qualification Statement. Cost for each set or individual page, including shipping and handling determined by vendor. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided by BWA Architects Tulsa office once approved to bid. F. Your Bid is required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. G. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
