All bidders must submit bid security in the amount of [10%]. No bid may be withdrawn after the due date and time set within PennBid is reached or within sixty (60) days after the date of the bid opening. The Board of Commissioners intends to award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder at the Boards public meeting on June 19, 2023 commencing at 7:00 pm at the Upper Pottsgrove Township Municipal Building. The awarded bidder must provide performance and payment bonds. Upper Pottsgrove Township reserves the right at its option to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors or omissions in any or all of Bids and to accept or reject any or all parts of the Bids which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Upper Pottsgrove Township.
