Phase 1 -approximately 22,500 sf new construction for the Transportation and Maintenance Facilities, Phase 2 - renovation - adaptive reuse of the existing three-story gymnasium, both located on the site of 545 Charlotte Road, Rutherfordton, NC 28139, and Phase 3 - restroom/concession addition at Chase Middle School and East Middle School. Single-Prime Bids only. BID SUBMITTAL The Owner will consider single-prime bids as listed above. The provisions of North Carolina General Statutes 143-128, including guidelines for single-prime contracting options and minority business enterprise participation, shall be observed in letting and executing the Work.
