Lincoln Land Community College (LLCC) invites qualified MECHANICAL Contractors, to submit sealed bids to furnish all labor & material to complete requirements of bidding for SANGAMON HALL CHILLER REPAIRS AND UPGRADES. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that bids are received by the above office prior to the deadline. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. Contractors who have submitted a bid are invited, but not required, to attend the bid opening. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/) and the Drug Free Workplace Act (30 ILCS 580/). All contractors and subcontractors shall demonstrate experience on projects of similar size and type. The bidder shall furnish a bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the amount bid in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, made payable to Lincoln Land Community College.
