sealed bids will be received by the david rupe, treasurer, new lexington school district, 2549 panther drive, new lexington, oh 43764 for the project. Each bidder is required to furnish a bid guaranty and contract bond in accordance with section 153.54 of the ohio revised code. Bid security furnished in bond form shall be issued by a surety company licensed in ohio to provide said surety. Projects a and b are subject to prevailing wage rates. The football turf replacement is not subject to prevailing wage rates. These projects are tax exempt. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Bids shall be subject to the condition that the right is reserved to hold bids for a period not longer than 30 days after date of opening and/or to award at any time during the period. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, to decrease or omit any item or items and/or to award to the lowest and most responsible, responsive bidder. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bid received.
