Construction Management Services for the Water Main Replacement Program The City of Baltimore, Office of Boards and Commissions, has been requested by the Department of Public Works, Office of Engineering and Construction (OEC), to advertise for services from qualified engineering and construction management firms to provide Construction Management Services for the City's capital improvement water main replacement and rehabilitation program. The City intends to select construction management services from three (3) consultant firms for a period of three (3) years with a two (2) year option to extend. The total expenditure for the project is estimated at $12,000,000. Each firm shall be allocated a total of $4,000,000 per contract. DPW reserves the right to have a second interview with the eligible firms. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Letters of Interest will be utilized to assist small minority and women business enterprises in identifying potential teaming partners and should be submitted within five (5) days of the date of the project’s advertisement.
