Site work and paving for a road / highway in Little Valley, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

**As of July 11, 2023, project was awarded to Concrete Applied Technologies, awarded amount is $2,715,240.52.** .** This project will rehabilitate CR 14 (Toad Hollow Road) from the Five Points Intersection to CR 13 (Maples Road) for a distance of 3.32 miles in the Town of Mansfield. The existing roadway rehabilitation will consist of a cold-in-place milling and recycling with an asphalt overlay, small sections of road reconstruction, miscellaneous asphalt milling in identified areas, placement of shoulder back up material, guiderail removal and installation, culvert replacement, ditching and placement of pavement marking stripes; and providing all required Work Zone Traffic Control. All bids must be accompanied by a NON-COLLUSIVE BIDDING CERTIFICATE and Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of bid total. All substitutions are to be submitted at time of bid as per the contract documents. No substitutions will be considered after the bid date. Any bid submitted without such certification and bid bond will not be accepted. Any bid not meeting ALL specifications will not be considered. Cattaraugus County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, and to accept the lowest responsible bid.
