Project consists of the renovation of existing Men's and Women's Toilet Rooms located on the First-Floor Level of the A.K. Hinds University Center located at 245 Memorial Dr, Cullowhee, NC 28723. Scope involves the removal and replacement (like-for-like) of all interior finishes to include existing floor and wall tile and related transitions; toilet compartments; toilet room accessories; ceiling grid and tile; plumbing fixtures; and light fixtures.
