Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction of the 2023 PAVING PROGRAM includes: pulverizing asphaltic pavement, excavation, grading, base aggregate dense, manhole and inlet adjustments, curb and gutter spot replacements, curb ramp replacements, asphaltic pavement, concrete pavement, pavement marking, traffic control and erosion control as well as street reconstruction and storm sewer relay. Approximate quantities include: 11,000 square yards of pulverize asphaltic pavement, 3,700 cubic yards of excavation, 5,400 tons of base aggregate dense, 3,700 tons of asphaltic pavement, 4,100 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 35 manhole and inlet adjustments, 6,800 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 380 linear feet of storm sewer, and 3,900 linear feet of pavement marking. \ This is a unit price contract. The estimated quantities as indicated above and on the Bid Schedule are inserted only for the purpose of determining the low bidder. \ Project is to be substantially complete on, or before, October 13, 2023, excluding Section 3 which shall begin work no sooner than June 9, 2023, and be complete before September 5, 2023. \ The Contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 61.54, 62.15 and 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
