Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Minot, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Each bid must be accompanied by a bidder's bond in a sum equal to 5%. The City of Minot reserves the right to hold all Bids for a period of 30 days after the date of the bid opening, to reject any or all Bids and to rebid the project until a satisfactory bid is received, and to waive any informality or irregularity in any Bid. The Project includes the following Work: Mobilization, 600 LF watermain replacement (6" and 8"), 700 LF 8" sanitary sewer replacement, asphalt removal, asphalt paving, installing gate valves, installing hydrants, reconnecting water and sanitary service lines, concrete sidewalk replacement, ADA ramps, concrete curb and gutter, traffic control, landscaping, and other related work. Potential bidders may contact the Senior Project Manager at 701-857-4140 with any questions. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
