The Owner reserves the right to hold all legitimate bids for a period of Thirty (30) days after the date fixed for the opening thereof. The Owner further reserves the right to reject any and all bids or portions thereof and to waive irregularities, and the Owner shall incur no legal liability for the payment of any monies until the contract is awarded and approved by the proper authorities. Contractor responsible for taking measurements for bidding. o Area (corners) marked out in white paint. o 5" 4,500 psi concrete with Macro synthetic Fibers. Dosage shall be 4LB/CY. o 4" Crushed concrete base. o Joint spacing shall not exceed 8'. o 3/4 expansion material shall be placed along building edge. Seal all expansion joints. o Construction joints shall have 24" rebar at 30" on center and sealed. o Contraction joints sawed do not need to be sealed. o Contractor shall locate all utility lines prior to beginning construction.
