Site work and paving for a road / highway in Hazlet, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of June 21, 2023, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $1,601,133.50** The scope of Work contemplated for the abovenamed Project includes installation and/or repair of existing drainage pipes and inlets, installation of ADA accessible curb ramps, replacement of concrete curb, sidewalk and driveway aprons, roadway milling, full depth pavement repairs and surface course installation as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within 120 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. Also, Bid Packets must be accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety from a surety company holding a Certificate of Authorization to do business in the State of New Jersey and either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of "The Township of Hazlet" for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The Township of Hazlet reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Packets to the extent permitted by law.
