Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Longueuil, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 15,000-square-foot, one-story above grade parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Expansion of the Longueil agglomeration police station located at 699 Curé-Poirier Street West. The building expansion will be located on the site of the existing parking lot next to the existing parking structure, will be one-storey with a possibility of construction in the future of a second storey. The project also provides for the construction of structures ensuring the perimeter security by a fence with controlled access, various road work in the sector (water cut, road, curbs sidewalks and pipelines construction) and repair of the existing parking lot. TIMELINE: Due to funding constraints the project was put on hold by the owner and will not proceed to construction during next several years. The project will be followed if/when it proceeds to a tendering stage in a new separate report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
