This project consists of improving the drainage along Scenic Drive by installing 1- type C inlet and 256 LF of 18 RCP. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified bidder, as determined by the statement of qualifications and the bid, which is deemed to be in the best interest of the County. The County reserves the right to accept the bid or any portion of the bid by a competent bidder that will result in the lowest cost to the County. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any portion or all bids without disclosing the reason therefore.
