**As of February 27,2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Market Place Streetscape, Phases 2 & 3 -landscape & Lighting Package Bid Security in the amount of five percent of the total bid amount shall accompany each bid. The City encourages minority business firms to submit bids and successful bidder to utilize minority subcontractors/suppliers. The awarded contractor will be required to adhere to the Project Labor Agreement between the City of Fairview Heights and the Southwestern Illinois Building & Construction Trades Council. All workers employed in the construction of this project will be paid in accordance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage rates The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities in the bidding procedure.
