The College intends to contract for new Multi-Media Service Equipment as specified on the Exhibit A Pricing Page, which is a separate downloadable Excel spreadsheet attachment. No equivalent products or alternate brands shall be accepted. The Proposer must bid the equipment model specified herein and in Exhibit A Pricing Pages. Product substitution is only permissible if the product model is at "end of life" and soon to be discontinued (refer to the bid solicitation document Section 1.4 "Substitutions of Products") or if the anticipated delivery time exceeds 10 weeks. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 11/17/2023 5:00 PM JCCC requires direct shipment of the Crestron orders and ask that vendors include JCCC's Crestron account # 1004999 and the JCCC Purchase Order information on the shipping packing slip in order to take advantage of JCCC's Crestron rewards. JCCC's Crestron representative, Nate Shuff, informed JCCC that as an A+ Educational partner, if equipment is pulled from a vendor's in-stock items, this disqualifies JCCC for receiving rewards for those purchases. The contractor must be an authorized reseller of the manufacturer equipment specified. This will be an ALL or NONE Bid Award for the items specified in Exhibit A, Pricing Page. Therefore, you must bid on all of the equipment items to be considered for award. Award will go to the lowest, responsive bidder. *If you have questions or clarifications, they must be submitted through the Bid's Clarifications tab so that all interested vendors may receive the same clarification.
