As of March 20, 2024, sub-contractor bids received for all scopes of work. Construction expected to start Summer 2024. Joeris General Contractors, LLC, as the Construction Manager, will be accepting competitive sealed Proposals from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the: Denton ISD - 2024 Summer Renovations at Strickland MS, Alexander ES, Blanton ES, & Nelson ES, until 2:00PM on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. Proposals will be accepted through BuildingConnected or by email to bidsdfw@joeris.com. The project scope includes renovations at four campuses, to include secure vestibules, HVAC equipment and controls replacements, door hardware and security upgrades, foodservice equipment replacement, playground replacements, and fire alarm system replacements. The work will take place during the summer break of 2024.
