Site work, remodeling and renovation of a civil project in Runnemede, New Jersey. Working plans call for the remodel of a water / sewer project.

As per the Owner the project has been cancelled. This project will be rebid on a later date that has not yet been determined. The scope of work for this project shall generally consist of the construction of sewer mains along Davis Road, Sunnybrook Road, Sunset Road, & Evergreen Road in the Borough of Runnemede. This project will also include the construction of a grinder pump station at the terminus of Sunnybrook Road, Sunset Road, and Evergreen Road. The Sunset Road and Sunnybrook Road grinder pump stations will discharge through 2" HDPE force mains and into a manhole along Evergreen Road. The Evergreen Road pump station will discharge through a 4" ductile iron force main and into the existing sanitary sewer system located on Hartford Road. The sewer main construction will consist of eight inch (8") PVC sewer mains, 2" HDPE force mains, 4" ductile iron force mains, sanitary sewer manholes, air release manholes, and installation of sewer service connections, cleanouts, and related appurtenances. Trench restoration shall utilize excavated material subject to approval by the Borough of Runnemede and the Borough Engineer or by means of new select backfill as directed by the Borough of Runnemede and the Borough Engineer. Each of the aforementioned roadways will be resurfaced or reconstructed following the completion of proposed sanitary sewer improvements.
